Standard delivery
- £3.95 for orders under £20.00
- Orders over £20.00 free of charge
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday and Friday before 12 noon are dispatched on the same day via Royal Mail, Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days but unfortunately can take a little longer in some circumstances. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland and other remote areas may take a little longer.
Please note: our delivery service is not available over the weekend, any orders received after 12 noon on a Friday will be processed on the following working day. Bank Holiday orders will also be processed on the following working day.
Please be aware: Boot orders will be sent separate to any accessories ordered but will be despatched the same day with Royal Mail.
Returning items
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is unworn and in a resalable condition including the box. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Please download and print the Returns Form and enclose it with your return parcel.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on orders that were not placed through meindl.co.uk.
Each retailer has their own returns policy which may vary from ours. If you have purchased your product from one of our retailers then please contact them directly.
