Product Description
The Snap Junior children's walking shoes are an ideal choice for little feet that enjoy outdoor adventures. Designed with all the care, quality and superior materials used in Meindl's adult ranges, the Snap Junior is lightweight, stable, and durable. Made using a special children's last, they allow plenty of room for toes and there's lots of soft padding for extra comfort and support, including around the midsole unit. The synthetic and mesh uppers are complemented by a synthetic lining and Meindl's Air-Active insole technology, all of which offers breathability and comfort for busy young feet. Snap Junior also features the Meindl Junior Litegrip sole unit with a grippy rubber outsole that performs well on varied terrain and helps with stability. The easy fit toggle laces ensure a secure fit and make the shoes esay to get on and off quickly whilst the removable Best Fit footbed helps parents find the right size and track all-important growing room. Lightweight, breathable walking shoes for young and active adventurers.

Meindl is generally a wide-fitting brand, with our Comfort Fit range offering even more space for those who need it.
However, achieving the right fit is not just about length. The shape, width and overall volume of the boot must match your foot. The widest part of your foot should align with the widest part of the boot. If you feel the boot tapers too quickly at the front, you may benefit from a style with a rounder, more generous toe box.
A well-fitting boot should feel secure around the heel and midfoot, with enough room at the front for your toes to move freely without touching the end—particularly when walking downhill.
It’s also important to avoid excess volume in the upper. Too much space can lead to movement within the boot, causing creasing, reduced support, and discomfort over time.
For best results, try boots on with your usual walking socks and ensure they feel comfortable both standing and moving, as fit can change during use.

Care Advice
Conditioning and proofing spray keeps nubuck leather and suede protected. The shoes can be treated when the uppers aren’t quite dry – it ensures they’ll remain supple. Applying a little wax to the hooks and eyelets will protect them from corrosion.
