Product Description
As Meindl wearers would expect, even their sandals are constructed from tough materials, have a great build quality, and benefit from the family's 300 years of experience in creating durable and comfortable footwear. Meindl Capri's high-quality nubuck leather uppers are lined with a padded neoprene material. This combination ensures comfort against the skin and quick drying after exposure to water. The footbed is sculpted to provide support and comfort whilst channels allow air to the soles of your feet on hot days and the footbed is non-slip. The chunky outer sole has enough tread to cope with rough ground, and the straps are fully adjustable and breathable. The Meindl Capri is a unisex sandal that's ideal for trails and paths, beach walks, amphibious adventures, hot summer weather and daily leisure use.
Meindl Fitting Advice
Meindl is generally a wide-fitting brand, with our Comfort Fit range offering even more space for those who need it.
However, achieving the right fit is not just about length. The shape, width and overall volume of the boot must match your foot. The widest part of your foot should align with the widest part of the boot. If you feel the boot tapers too quickly at the front, you may benefit from a style with a rounder, more generous toe box.
A well-fitting boot should feel secure around the heel and midfoot, with enough room at the front for your toes to move freely without touching the end—particularly when walking downhill.
It’s also important to avoid excess volume in the upper. Too much space can lead to movement within the boot, causing creasing, reduced support, and discomfort over time.
For best results, try boots on with your usual walking socks and ensure they feel comfortable both standing and moving, as fit can change during use.

Care Advice
Conditioning and proofing spray keeps nubuck leather and suede protected. The sandals can be treated when the uppers aren’t quite dry – it ensures they’ll remain supple. Applying a little wax to the hooks and eyelets will protect them from corrosion.
